1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CheckBioLink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CheckBioLink provides uptime monitoring services for websites and links. We check the availability of your specified URLs and send email notifications when downtime is detected.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

• All plans include a 14-day free trial

• After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe

• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. Service Monitoring

• Check frequency depends on your plan: Starter (every 4 hours), Pro (every 2 hours), Business (every hour)

• We make reasonable efforts to monitor your links but cannot guarantee 100% uptime detection

• Monitoring may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance or technical issues

6. Service Limitations

• Link limits apply based on your plan (3, 10, or 50 links)

• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of the Service

• We may impose additional limits on usage if necessary to maintain service quality

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service

• Use the Service to monitor URLs you don't own or have permission to monitor

• Abuse or overload our systems

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and store the URLs you monitor and your email address for notifications.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, you will lose access to all data stored in your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

CheckBioLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Lost revenue or business due to undetected downtime

• Missed notifications or delayed alerts

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
